Order Online 24 hours a day with our online store.
- Orders: Online orders with payment received before 2:00 p.m. AEST Monday through Friday are shipped the following day. Orders paid by Direct Deposit are held until the funds clear the bank.
We accept Apple Pay, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Cash & Direct Deposit.
WARRANTY, DELIVERY, REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES
Returns and Refund Policies
We do not accept returns or provide refunds on parts that have been shipped.
Our freight partners will endeavour to deliver to the nominated a party the supplied address. If however the address is unattended then you authorise the delivery to be left at the address unattended.
Customer Duty to Inspect Goods on Delivery
Customer must inspect all items on delivery to make sure they are complete and free from damage. Please promptly reply to your emailed receipt from MX5 Parts to inform us of any problems or to seek clarification on multiple item deliveries. Delivery of shipped merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier (Australia Post, TNT, etc). If your order arrives damaged (the box is broken open and missing parts, etc), please immediately inform the delivery carrier if possible, and send us an email with details. Claims must be made within 3 days of delivery because all the common carriers have deadlines for making claims beyond which the claim will be declined because it was not made within reasonable time. Please keep all boxes, packing materials, warranty cards, etc. If your order was shipped truck freight, it is vital that you note damage or missing items on the bill of lading when signing the delivery receipt. If there is any other question about your order, contact our customer service department immediately.
MX5 Parts Australia does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

Working on automobiles is inherently dangerous, MX5 Parts Australia is not liable for injury or damage due to incorrect installation or use of their products. All products are sold with the understanding that the safe and proper installation and use of the products is the customer's responsibility. Follow factory workshop manual procedures and instructions, but use current shop safety standards and common sense. Some tasks will require professional advice or services which MX5 Parts Australia cannot provide.
MX5 Parts Australia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any other matter relating to the service.
Some products sold by MX5 Parts include a manufacturers' warranty. With some of these products the warranty is handled direct by the manufacturer. Other manufacturers' warranties require the customer work through the distributor. Nothing in this website shall alter or otherwise extend or modify such manufacturers' warranties and the customer is encouraged to contact MX5 Parts by email with any warranty concerns or questions.
Use of this website constitutes agreement to the terms herein, including that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this website or sales from this website or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by the laws governing the state of NSW.
